1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for and/or participating in the Fun Walk (the "Event"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.

2. Registration & Entry

• All participants must complete the registration form prior to participation.
• Event organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registration at their discretion.
• Only registered participants may take part in the Event.

3. Eligibility & Health

• You confirm you are physically fit and able to participate.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.
• Do not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Risks & Liability Waiver

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks. By participating you accept these risks and release the organiser from liability.

5. Safety Rules

• Follow all directions from event marshals and signage.
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
• Keep to the designated route.

6. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respect fellow participants, volunteers and local residents.
• Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Do not litter — use bins provided.

8. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data for Event administration. Data is handled according to privacy laws.
